We are thrilled to be selling the contents of this fabulous 4-bedroom canal-side estate in the prestigious Gables-by-the-Sea community. We have plenty of treats in store for you!

The chic furniture assortment includes an elegant 6-seater dining table and chairs set, a vintage secretary desk, a custom upholstered linen sofa, a pair of Stressless reclining leather chairs with foot-stools, bedroom sets, vintage bamboo glass top coffee and side tables, an Asian credenza/dresser, inlay nesting tables and bamboo bar stools.

Our large artwork assortment includes a rare signed print by A.E. Backus, who inspired the celebrated 'Florida Highwaymen' group of artists, as well as an original oil-on-canvas from American contemporary artist Phyllis Pransky.

We have for sale 14kt and 18kt gold, Swiss watches (including Rolex) and a stunning assortment of precious and semi-precious fine jewelry, as well as a variety of costume and fantasy jewelry. We also have a large assortment of ladies' clothes and handbags.

Included in this sale are sterling flatware and tea sets along with numerous other sterling pieces. We are also selling lots of home decor items such as figurines, rugs, lamps, mirrors, ornamental pieces, vases, plants and pots. We have Waterford crystal and fine china from Wedgwood and Limoges in addition to an impressive selection of decorative dishware, porcelain and glassware.

Outdoors we are selling rattan furniture, pots and plants, a vintage wrought iron 6-seater glass top dining table and chairs set, loungers and more.

Electronics for sale include a radio, a multi-function printer, computer monitors and a Yamaha keyboard. Also offered for sale are kitchenware, mini-appliances, a bar cart, electronics, coffee table books, a vinyl record collection, luggage, towels and linens, a large selection of Christmas decor, garage items and lots more!
