One White Orchid is thrilled to be liquidating the contents of this extraordinary 8 bedroom, 11,000 square feet compound on one of Miami Beach’s most prestigious gated island communities. This estate sale is sure to impress!

Among the sale highlights are a white 4-door, 2025 Lexus LS 500, 3.5L Sedan with a V6 DI gasoline engine and 1,000 miles on the clock. We are also selling an E-Z-GO golf cart.

The beautifully curated furniture assortment includes 12 and 8-seater dining table and chairs sets, sofas, armchairs, bar stools, bedroom sets, a large variety of tables and chairs, and a Richard Warholic table.

If you’re looking for chic home decor we have you covered with two stunning chandeliers, ornaments, decorative fine china and dishware, vases and urns, rugs and runners, lamps, mirrors, clocks and an interesting array of artwork.

Outside we are selling a 6-seater dining table and chairs set, chair and lounger sets, umbrellas, a rattan chairs and sofa set, tables, pots and planters, statues and yard art.

For leisure enthusiasts we are offering for sale motorized go-karts, a ping pong table, gym equipment, bicycles, BB air rifles and outdoor games.

Our fashion assortment includes a Rolex watch and jewelry from Chanel and Tiffany.
